Luca founded Keating Asia, Inc. in 2006 and, as President, is actively involved in all facets of the business. Prior to founding Keating Asia, he was responsible for international origination for Keating Investments, LLC, a U.S-based registered investment adviser. He was formerly a hedge fund manager with Medici Capital Management and an arbitrage trader at Bear Stearns in London. Luca graduated summa cum laude in 1995 from Venice University in Italy with a degree in Economics and Business. He also has two years of study in the United Kingdom, at Warwick University and University College London.

Michael Liao joined Keating Asia in 2008 and is responsible for asset management and fund raising. Formerly, Michael was Assistant to the Chairman at Cosmos Bank, a publicly traded Taiwanese retail bank, where he established a USD270 million joint venture with GE Capital and led the bank turnaround by raising USD1.3 billion from private equity and strategic investors in the first debt to equity swap ever to occur in Taiwan. Prior to Cosmos Bank, he acted as CIO of General Motors Asset Management, Global Director (Risk Management) of Credit Suisse First Boston, and International Treasurer of Sumitomo Bank. Michael also held senior positions at Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Citibank.

Fiona joined Keating in 2006 as General Counsel for Keating Asia, Inc. She has nine years of prior experience at large U.S. law firms, including Pillsbury Winthrop (San Francisco) & Wilmer Hale (Washington D.C.). Fiona graduated cum laude in 1997 from Harvard Law School with a J.D. She is a 1993 summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.

Tim is a partner of Keating Asia and the President of Keating Investments, LLC, a US-based registered investment adviser. The firm is the investment adviser to Keating Capital, Inc., a Business Development Company. Previously, Tim held senior management positions in the equity and equity derivative departments of Bear Stearns, Nomura and Kidder, Peabody in both London and New York. He is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics.

Michael Chien joined Keating in 2007 and is responsible for the Keating Asia Advisors group. Michael began his career at Lehman Brothers in the field of asset management and W.R. Grace & Co. in corporate venture capital and technology/systems restructuring. He then joined Merrill Lynch International (Hong Kong) in the corporate finance area and subsequently held senior principal positions at Cybervest Securities (New York) and Lieber & Weissman Securities (New York). Michael received his master¡¯s degree in Information Technology from Harvard University and bachelor¡¯s degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Connecticut and Florida Atlantic University, respectively.

Tony joined Keating in 2006 and is responsible for Chinese origination. Tony formerly worked as a Project Manager with Halter Financial in Shanghai, during which time he completed several reverse merger and financing transactions for Chinese enterprises. In addition, he served as CFO of Cncard where he supervised the finance and accounting divisions, established cost management systems, and arranged all financing and investing activities. He is a 2004 graduate of China Europe International Business School with an M.B.A.

Gerard Tan joined Keating Asia in 2007 and is responsible for due diligence and transaction execution. Prior to joining Keating Asia, Gerard worked with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Singapore and China) for over 8 years, most recently serving as Manager in the Global Offerings Services Group in Shanghai, China. Gerard has extensive experience in financial audits with a focus on US IPOs and US listed companies. Gerard is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He speaks fluent Chinese and English.

Yuhong joined Keating in 2007 and is responsible for Chinese origination. Previously, he was the founder and a partner of Eagle Strategic Investments. In addition, he was the director of marketing for the Las Vegas, Nevada based Win Win Gaming Corporation and a mergers and acquisitions associate at Credant Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. Yuhong graduated from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business in 2004 with a Master's of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Finance.
